OK, so there was a security guard who took it upon himself to shoot a 16-year old kid in the back while driving away. This guy has to have a licence to carry a gun, he's a security guard. This is exactly what happens when concealed carry laws are passed, people who can legally carry guns will shoot first and execute people for petty crimes. We all know it was the security guard's God-given right to carry a gun and protect himself, it sure seemed like his life was in danger when the kid was driving away from him...
